The Arqah Archives is an underground section of the Binyan. It’s where Tiqwah is supposed to meet Em Qeriah, and it’s where the Holy Tongue Society has stored the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Arqah is based on the ארק shoresh, which deals with the ground.
