The Crown Cap Badge is a headgear type that boasts a distinguished insignia. Prime marks and circumflexes surround a glorious “tag” crownlet in the center. The ‘Ivrit Revival Movement bestows these ornaments only on warriors who prove their noteworthy status. This item is based on the תוג shoresh root, which deals with tag crowns on Hebrew letters as well as badges, labels and ornaments.
In the “Milhamah” games, the Crown Cap Badge will likely be golden rank rarity and will be found fairly early in the game. It will tentatively grant a character DOM +2D and GRA +1D. But in exchange, sentient enemies are likelier to target the wearer due to it increasing enemy aggro.
In other news…
A couple of days ago I did more coloring and item design, this time for the Nesheq Weapon. Based on the נשק shoresh root, this launcher will let players fire a rocket that explodes into flaming kisses.
In the games, the Nesheq will likely have carnelian rank rarity, and it will be found in the early to middle levels. Users may target an enemy by using the Ranged Weapons skill or the נשק shoresh. A hit does CRE+3D damage. If rolling for נשק, the target may fall under the charmed ailment if the target fails a GRA resistance roll. Range: Medium, Damage Area: Medium.

The Dibbuq Censor is a common evil spirit that the Bavel Macrostructure uses to inspect and censor its subjects’ thoughts.
Bavel creates Dibbuqim in a lab attached to its censorship office, near a shipyard along the Perat River. The exact process is unknown, though the spirit looks like a pastiche of a sea cucumber, a remora and a lumpsucker. Black censor bar stickers surround its figure.
The Dibbuq takes its powers from the דבק and בדק shoresh roots. (Bidduq can mean censorship.) Despite its abominable appearance, the Dibbuq is fairly intelligent, though clingy. They often explore the world in platoons, meticulously auditing the thoughts of people around them. When they see a breach in a dissident’s indoctrination, they race in pursuit and spit glue at him. After the target can’t move, the Dibbuq’s tentacles cleave to the target’s head. Then sharp teeth inject a contagion that infects the brain, controlling it by “repairing” all thoughts into obsessive devotion toward Bavel.
Look forward to fighting the Dibbuq Censor in the next update or two of the “Milhamah: Fighting Words” video game, as well as in the upcoming RPG!
Gadiëlah Hagdalah is the linguistic augmentative in “Milhamah: Fighting Words.” she is the daughter of a hairdresser who despises her poor upbringing and longs to be rich and powerful someday. She joined the ‘Ivrit Revival Movement and now trains young recruits in the Department of Morphology.
With her tough skin, hardened heart and icy personality, Gadiëlah often argues with and looks down on her colleagues. She sees herself as the “big girl” grown-up in the room. She also loves to show off her skin and brag about her body and (augmented) breasts, despite being self-conscious about a prominent facial scar.
Her gel shoes and legs, toned by frequent rope skipping, power her giant leaps. Her only obstacle to fitness perfection: cravings for gelatin and ice cream.
Based on the גדל shoresh root and family, Gadiëlah can increase her size and power, demoralizing foes with her glory. On the battlefield, she wields a Freezing Flag and uses semaphore martial arts to excoriate her enemies.
